Walk in the Rain / Tamsui Cloud Gate(雨中散步/淡水雲門)

Tamsui is a popular tourist destination on the Taiwan Province of the Republic of China (R.O.C.) 🇹🇼.

After the pandemic ended, foreign visitors can be seen everywhere on the Tamsui riverside trails.

Winter in Tamsui is also as rainy as Keelung in Taiwan island, with an average relative humidity of about 80.1% and an average annual rainfall of 2,155.4mm.

Although the annual rainfall is less than Keelung (3565 mm), the rainfall in the summer when the southwest monsoon blows is even better. Even in both cold and hot seasons, it wins over most areas on the Taiwan island.

Especially in winter, although the rainfall is much less than Keelung, the number of rainy days is not inferior.

It can be seen that Tamsui in winter has less rainfall, but it is often drizzling, just like the Tamsui town in the memories of many Tamsuian.
